What is Goaltimate?
Goaltimate is a 4-on-4, non-contact, half-field, fast-paced frisbee game where teams score by throwing a disc through a large semicircular hoop to their teammate who must catch it in a designated scoring zone. It's ultimate frisbee's version of half-court basketball. This video might help.

Ultimate + Goal = Goaltimate (Goalty for short)
Goalty + Gal = Galty
What if I don't know how to play?
No problem! Goaltimate is very easy to learn! And we are ALWAYS happy to teach newbies. No experience playing frisbee or any other sports is required! It's a great way to run around, exercise, meet people, and have fun!
Who can play?
This is a space for women-matching players. To us, that means anyone who feels comfortable in women-centered spaces and prefers to match up against women when they play sports. This is a queer/trans/non-binary friendly space, and we welcome anyone who feels this is where they belong!
Where & When?
We play every Tuesday at Evan's Playground (5100 Lasalle St.) from 7pm till 9ish
What to Bring?
It's best to wear cleats, but if it's your first time, any running shoes will do. It's New Orleans, so it's hot, water is highly highly reccommended.
Do you ever play full-field ultimate?
We're open to it! Come to Galty and try to convince us ;)
